Agency Announces Information Collection Request for NESHAP for Small Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Steam Generating Units Under OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is notifying the public that it has submitted an Information Collection Request (ICR) for the National Emissions, Smoke, and Volatile Organic Emissions Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Steam Generating Units (NESHAP) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).
