Removal of Obsolete Regulations for Health Professions Teaching Facilities Grants

The final rule eliminates outdated regulations governing grants for teaching facilities for health professionals, as they were repealed by the Health Professions Education Extension Amendments of 1992. The Public Health Service Act no longer requires these provisions.
