RSPA Receives Advisory Guidance on Hazardous Materials Transportation

The RSPA has been advised by the Federal Highway Administration to address a potential issue with the unloading configuration of MC 330 and MC 331 cargo tank motor vehicles used to transport liquefied petroleum gas, following a hazardous materials incident in North Carolina on September 8, 1996.
