FDA Approves New Process Stabilizer for Food Contact Polymers

The FDA is amending regulations to allow the safe use of a specific chemical, submitted by Ciba-Geigy Corp., as a process stabilizer in high-density polyethylene and polypropylene polymers intended for food contact.
