Navy Reports on Garbage Discharges from Ships in MARPOL Special Areas

The US Navy is required to submit annual reports on garbage discharges from its ships operating in MARPOL special areas, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994, and this is the third such report.
