DOE Response to Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommendation 96-1

The Department of Energy submitted its response to the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board's Recommendation 96-1 regarding the In-Tank Precipitation System at the Savannah River Site, which was due by October 7, 1996, as mandated by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
