EPA Requests Public Comment on Emergency Planning and Release Notification Requirements Under EPCRA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on the Emergency Planning and Release Notification Requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), which is set to expire on January 31, 1997. The request is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act and has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
