Revision to the NASA FAR Supplement to Eliminate Non-Statutory Certification Requirements

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is publishing a notice of proposed rulemaking to amend the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) to eliminate all non-statutory imposed contractor and offeror certification requirements.
