MMS Proposes Amendments to Outer Continental Shelf Safety and Pollution Prevention Equipment Regulations

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is proposing changes to the regulations governing the quality assurance of safety and pollution prevention equipment on the Outer Continental Shelf to reduce paperwork burden and ensure the use of the best available and safest equipment.
