SmithKline Beecham Biologicals S.A. to Receive Exclusive Patent License for Malaria Vaccine
The US Department of the Navy is granting SmithKline Beecham Biologicals S.A. a non-transferable, exclusive license to develop and use a malaria vaccine based on a patented protein, with a 60-day objection period.
