Acid Rain Program: Draft Permit Modification

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing for comment a draft modification to the sulfur dioxide (SO 2) compliance plan of a previously issued final Phase I Acid Rain Permit in accordance with the Acid Rain Program regulations (40 CFR part 72).
