EPA Proposes Settlement for Muratti Environmental Superfund Site in Puerto Rico

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement for the Muratti Environmental Superfund Site in Puerto Rico, following Section 122(i) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. The proposed settlement will be made public for public comment, with the EPA considering any feedback before making a final decision.
