EPA Proposes Settlement for Quanta Resources Syracuse Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement for the Quanta Resources Syracuse Superfund Site in Syracuse, New York, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
