New Regulations for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Benefits

The Social Security Administration has implemented changes to the Social Security Act, requiring the creation of dedicated accounts for past-due SSI benefits exceeding 6 months and paying these benefits in installments for those exceeding 12 months.
