EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Chem-Solv, Inc. Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement to recover past response costs for the Chem-Solv, Inc. Superfund Site in Cheswold, Delaware, following a 1996 agreement with several companies, including Ametek, Inc., and General Electric Railcar Repair Services Corporation.
