Pendency of Request for Exemption From the Bond/Escrow Requirement Relating to the Sale of Assets by an Employer That Contributes to a Multiemployer Plan

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has received a request from Dunham-Bush, Inc. for an exemption from the bond/escrow requirement for the Sheet Metal Workers National Pension Fund, allowing the company to sell assets without posting a bond or escrow deposit for a five-year period.
