EPA to Hold Public Meeting on Dibasic Esters Chemicals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host a public meeting on January 29, 1997, in Washington, D.C., to discuss a consent agreement regarding the toxicity testing and human exposure potential of dibasic esters (DBEs), including dimethyl adipate, dimethyl glutarate, and dimethyl succinate, which are used in paint stripper products and industrial hand cleaners.
