EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Lead Implementation Plan for Northeast Philadelphia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Pennsylvania, which establishes emission limits and operating practices for three sources in northeast Philadelphia, PA, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
