OPM Abolishes Oneida, NY, NAF Wage Area, Establishes New Jefferson, NY, Wage Area

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to abolish the Oneida, NY, nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System wage area and establish a new Jefferson, NY, wage area, which will include seven counties and replace the unsurveyed Jefferson County.
