Wabash & Western Railway Co. Exempts Morris Leasing Co., Ltd. and Michigan Southern Railroad, Inc. from Lease and Operation Requirements

The Wabash & Western Railway Co. has granted Morris Leasing Co., Ltd. and Michigan Southern Railroad, Inc. an exemption from the requirements of a lease and operation, allowing the two companies to operate without the need for a formal lease agreement.
