FAA to Maintain 25% Drug and Alcohol Testing Rate for Aviation Employees

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has decided to keep the minimum percentage rate for drug and alcohol testing for aviation employees at 25% for the period from January 1, 1997, to December 31, 1997.
