Availability of the Surface Transportation Research and Development Plan, Third Edition; Request for Comments

The Department of Transportation (DOT) has released the third edition of its Surface Transportation Research and Development Plan (R&D Plan), seeking public comments to inform the development of the fourth edition. Copies of the plan are available for download from the DOT's website or by contacting the specified office.
