U.S. Department of the Interior to Implement American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994

The U.S. Department of the Interior is issuing a new regulation to allow American Indian tribes to manage their trust funds independently, as mandated by the American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994, which was signed into law in 1994 and is also known as Public Law 103-412.
