Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for U.S. Border Patrol Training Academy Small Arms Range at Charleston Naval Weapons Station

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone around the U.S. Border Patrol Training Academy Small Arms Range at the Charleston Naval Weapons Station, effective December 1, 1996, to protect vessels and personnel from hazards associated with small arms fire, as part of an extension of a previously published rule.
