Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Commercial Fishing Industry Vessel Regulations

The Coast Guard is extending the comment period for the interim rule on safety equipment and vessel operating procedures for commercial fishing industry vessels, originally set to take effect on November 5, 1996, and delaying its effective date, following a correction to the rule published on November 5, 1996.
