Polyvinyl Alcohol From Taiwan: Initiation of New Shipper Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a new administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyvinyl alcohol imports from Taiwan, following a request from a Taiwanese company. This review will determine whether the existing duty rate is still fair to US producers.
