The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on an application to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at the Williamsport-Lycoming County Airport in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
