EPA Announces Plan to Submit Information Collection Request for PSD and NSR Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request related to its Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NSR) regulations, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
