Extension of Comment Period for Amendment to Production Flexibility Contract Regulations

The U.S. Department of Energy is considering extending the comment period for the Amendment to the Production Flexibility Contract Regulations, which was initially set to close on November 24, 1997, following the publication of the interim rule in the Federal Register on October 23, 1997. Interested parties have made a request for an extension to allow more time for comments.
