Farm Credit Administration Issues Final Rule on Loan Underwriting Regulations

The Farm Credit Administration has issued a final rule amending its regulations on loan underwriting, aiming to reduce regulatory burden and streamline the process, in response to comments from the Board and in an effort to set clear minimum standards for prudent credit administration.
