Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Changes to Implement Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to increase fees charged to its applicants and licensees to recover 100% of its budget authority in Fiscal Year 1997, with the goal of recovering approximately $462.3 million.
