NRC Considers Amendment to Low-Level Radioactive Waste License Held by Chem-Nuclear Systems, Incorporated

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing a request to modify a license for the disposal of low-level radioactive waste containing special nuclear material, currently held by Chem-Nuclear Systems, Incorporated, and plans to transfer the license to the State of South Carolina.
