Policy and Procedure for Enforcement Actions; Policy Statement

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its General Statement of Policy and Procedure for Enforcement Actions (Enforcement Policy) regarding predecisional enforcement conferences that are based on findings of discrimination. For appropriate cases, this amendment will allow some degree of participation by the complainant in the predecisional enforcement conference.
