Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Proposal for Revision of Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The NRC has submitted a revision proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which will require manufacturers and distributors of a specific radioactive drug to report on occasion, with an estimated annual reporting burden of 54 hours initially and 48 hours thereafter.
