Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Form

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking feedback on its NRC Form 398, Personal Qualification Statement--Licensee, which is required of individuals needing a license to operate nuclear reactor controls.
