Utilities Submit Notice for Corporate Restructuring Approval

The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, Toledo Edison Company, Duquesne Light Company, Ohio Edison Company, and Pennsylvania Power Company have submitted a notice regarding their consideration of approval for a proposed corporate restructuring at the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
