NRC to Host Public Workshop on License Termination Under Restricted Conditions

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will host a public workshop in Rockville, Maryland, to gather input from licensees and the public on a working paper outlining the process for terminating a license under restricted conditions, as part of a future Regulatory Guide aimed at ensuring compliance with the NRC's 1997 final rule on Radiological Criteria for License Termination.
