Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Department of Energy Enter into Memorandum of Understanding on Gaseous Diffusion Plants

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Department of Energy (DOE) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to outline their responsibilities and coordination framework for the gaseous diffusion plants, following NRC's assumption of regulatory oversight.
