Bear Creek Uranium Company Seeks NRC Approval for Reclamation Milestone Extensions

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received an application from Bear Creek Uranium Company to amend a license condition at its uranium mill site in Wyoming, proposing changes to two site-reclamation milestones due to weather-related delays. The proposed changes would extend the completion dates for the placement of a radon barrier and erosion protection cover.
