Atlantic City Electric Company and Delmarva Power and Light Company Receive Approval for Merger Agreement

The Atlantic City Electric Company and Delmarva Power and Light Company have received approval for their merger agreement, following a review by regulatory authorities. The Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, will be operated by the combined entity.
