NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Ducati 900SS Motorcycles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced receipt of a petition to allow the importation of 1991-1996 Ducati 900SS motorcycles that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as they are substantially similar to previously certified vehicles and can be modified to comply with safety regulations.
