FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Johnstown-Cambria County Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to rule on an application to collect revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Johnstown-Cambria County Airport in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
