FAA Proposes to Rule on Santa Barbara Municipal Airport Passenger Facility Charge Application

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) invites public comment on its proposal to rule on the city of Santa Barbara's application to impose only and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport, with a decision due by October 28, 1997.
