FAA Proposes Rule on Application to Impose and Use PFC Revenue at Tyler Pounds Field Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on an application to collect and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Tyler Pounds Field Airport in Texas, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
