Mitsubishi Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for YS-11 and YS-11A Series Airplanes

Mitsubishi is proposing a new airworthiness directive to improve safety for its Model YS-11 and YS-11A series airplanes by specifying procedures for flight in severe icing conditions and limiting the use of certain flight control devices.
