Amendment to Class E Airspace at Philip Billard Municipal Airport, Kansas

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended the Class E airspace at Philip Billard Municipal Airport in Kansas to accommodate new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) for GPS Runway 13, ILS Runway 13, Localizer Backcourse Runway 31, and VOR or GPS Runway 22, providing additional controlled airspace and segregation of aircraft for instrument approach procedures.
