Amendment to Class E Airspace at Kutztown, PA to Accommodate GPS SIAP

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is revising the Class E airspace at Kutztown, PA, to ensure safe instrument flight rules (IFR) operations for aircraft using the new GPS Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway 17 at Kutztown Airport.
