SIAI Marchetti S.r.l. Issues Airworthiness Directive for SF600 and SF600A Airplanes
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive requiring SIAI Marchetti S.r.l. Models SF600 and SF600A airplanes to amend their flight manuals to prohibit the positioning of power levers below the flight idle stop while in flight, following incidents involving improper propeller beta utilization during flight.
