FAA Reevaluates Special Flight Rules in Grand Canyon National Park

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has reexamined the economic and environmental effects of the Special Flight Rules in the Vicinity of Grand Canyon National Park (GCNP) Final Rule, published on December 31, 1996, after discovering a significant underestimation of commercial air tour aircraft in 1995.
