FAA Proposes to Rule on Passenger Facility Charge Application at Marquette County Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to rule on an application to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Marquette County Airport in Michigan, with the revenue to be used at Sawyer Airport in Marquette, MI, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
